2. Select Your Product Options

Once you open the product page, select the available options for your order.

Depending on the product, this may include:

• Size

• Quantity

• Single- or double-sided printing

• Sticker finish

• Shape

• Shirt size or style

• Other available options

Review your selections before continuing.

3. Upload Your Artwork

If your order requires artwork, upload your design using the upload option provided on the website.

For the best print quality, we recommend:

• 300 DPI whenever possible

• PNG with a transparent background for DTF transfers

• High-resolution, print-ready artwork

• Artwork sized correctly for the finished product

If you use the Upload Files Here link to send your artwork, make sure you return to the product page to finish placing and paying for your order.

4. Add Detailed Instructions

When available, enter any important information about your order.

For example:

Design 1 – 10" wide – Quantity 5
Design 2 – 4" wide – Quantity 10

Include anything we need to know about sizing, quantities, names, colors, or other special requests.

5. Add the Product to Your Cart

After selecting your options and uploading your artwork, click Add to Cart.

Review your cart to make sure the product, size, quantity, and other selections are correct.

6. Complete Checkout

Proceed to checkout and enter your:

• Name

• Email

• Phone number

• Shipping or pickup information

• Payment information

Review your order and complete payment.

​Your order is not placed until checkout and payment have been completed. Production begins after payment and any required artwork approval are received.

Ordering DTF Transfers by Size

1. Go to DTF Transfers.

2. Select DTF Transfers by Size.

3. Select the transfer size you need.

4. Select or enter the quantity.

5. Upload your artwork.

6. Include sizing or file instructions if needed.

7. Add the transfers to your cart.

8. Complete checkout and payment.

For best results, upload a 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background.

Ordering a DTF Gang Sheet

You have several ways to order a gang sheet.

​

Option 1 – Upload a Completed Gang Sheet

Use this option if your gang sheet is already designed and print-ready.

1. Go to DTF Transfers.

2. Select DTF Gang Sheets.

3. Choose your gang sheet size.

4. Upload your completed gang sheet.

5. Select the quantity.

6. Add it to your cart.

7. Complete checkout.

Option 2 – Build Your Own Gang Sheet

1. Go to DTF Transfers.

2. Select DTF Gang Sheet Builder.

3. Choose how you want to begin:

   • Start a new gang sheet

   • Open a previous gang sheet

   • AutoBuild

4. Upload your design or designs.

5. Enter the desired size and quantity for each design.

6. Arrange or review the layout.

7. Click Apply when finished.

8. Click Save and Add to Cart.

9. Continue to checkout.

10. Enter your information and complete payment.

AutoBuild is usually the easiest option if you want the system to arrange your designs for you.

Option 3 – Let Us Build Your Gang Sheet

 

If you do not want to build the gang sheet yourself:

1. Select Gang Sheet Design Service / Let Us Build Your Gang Sheet.

2. Upload your artwork.

3. Tell us the sizes and quantities needed.

4. Submit the form.

5. FreeStyle Designs will create the layout.

6. A proof will be sent for approval.

7. After approval, you will receive instructions or a link to complete your gang sheet purchase.

 

Ordering Stickers

1. Select Custom Die-Cut Vinyl Stickers.

2. Choose your sticker size.

3. Choose your quantity.

4. Choose your finish:

   • Matte

   • Gloss

   • Holographic

   • Transparent

5. Choose your shape.

6. Select whether you want a white border.

7. Upload your artwork.

8. Add to cart.

9. Complete checkout.

Do not use the DTF Gang Sheet Builder for sticker orders.

Ordering Flyers, Business Cards or Banners

1. Select the product you need under Promotional Products.

2. Choose the size.

3. Choose the quantity.

4. Select the available printing options.

5. Upload your print-ready artwork.

6. Add the product to your cart.

7. Complete checkout.

Please review spelling, phone numbers, email addresses, website information, images, and layout before submitting your artwork.

Files are generally printed as submitted unless design services are purchased.

Ordering Custom T-Shirts

Custom T-shirts begin with a quote request instead of a normal product checkout.

1. Select Custom T-Shirt Quote.

2. Enter your contact information.

3. Enter the number of shirts needed.

4. List shirt colors, sizes, and quantities.

5. Select the print location:

   • Front

   • Back

   • Front and Back

6. Select the shirt style and brand.

7. Enter the date you need the order.

8. Upload your artwork if you already have it.

9. Enter any special instructions.

10. Submit the quote request.

FreeStyle Designs will review the request and provide pricing before production begins.

Ordering a $5 Custom Digital Design

1. Select Custom Digital Design.

2. Enter your design idea and instructions.

3. Include names, numbers, colors, teams, themes, or other details.

4. Upload reference images if needed.

5. Select the quantity.

6. Add to cart.

7. Complete payment.

8. A proof will be emailed to you for approval.

This is a digital design file only. Printed DTF transfers or shirts must be ordered separately.
