DTF Transfers By Size

• Select your preferred transfer size and quantity.
• Add your selections to the cart.
• Upload your print-ready artwork.
• Leave any special instructions for our production team.

• Preferred File Format: PNG with a transparent background.
• Resolution: 300 DPI for the best print quality.
• Artwork: Submit files exactly as you want them printed. We do not edit or redesign artwork unless requested.

Include the quantity and dimensions for each design when uploading multiple files.

Example:

• LogoFront.png – Qty: 6 – 9.5"W × 7.9"H
• LeftChest.png – Qty: 2 – 10"W × 8.3"H

To avoid production delays, please ensure:

• Files are print-ready before uploading.
• Artwork is sized correctly.
• Dimensions are entered in Width × Height (W × H) format (Example: 10"W × 8.3"H).
• Images have transparent backgrounds (when applicable).

• Colors may vary slightly between screen and print.
• Low-resolution artwork may produce lower-quality prints.
• Orders are printed exactly as submitted unless design services have been added to your order.

To ensure your DTF transfer looks professionally pressed every time, follow these five simple steps.

• Pre-Press garment for 6-8 seconds  to remove moisture.

•  Position Your Design: Take your time to line up your transfer in the desired location on your item. Normally, there is no need to use heat-resistant tape on flat heat presses to keep your design in place, however it is highly recommended when pressing transfers onto hats or when using an iron to keep the transfer in place.

•  Press: Press your transfer with medium to heavy pressure at 320°F /145°C for 10-12 seconds (cotton/cotton blends). For 100% polyester  280°F -285°F with medium to heavy pressure at 8- 10 seconds.

• Peel Hot: After pressing peel hot, lift the transfer from one corner and gently peel back. 

• Final Press & Wash Instructions: Place the parchment paper or a single layer of t-shirt material over the design and press again for 6-8 seconds to soften the design, increase durability, and remove shine. If you want a shiny finish, cover with a protective guard sheet for the final press. 

• When washing, flip shirts inside out, use mild detergent, wash on cold and dry using low heat or hang. Do not dry clean or iron.
